Job Overview

UMFS, a renowned organization dedicated to child and family healing for over 120 years, is seeking a Residential Direct Support Supervisor to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a Systems of Care approach, ensuring successful transitions into residential treatment.

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional to supervise a team of support coaches, providing daily therapeutic care, programming, and crisis intervention for residents. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Collaborative Problem-Solving techniques and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a member of an interdisciplinary treatment team in the therapeutic residential program.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans using Collaborative Problem-Solving techniques.
  • Supervise a team of support coaches, providing guidance and feedback.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss resident progress and develop strategies for improvement.
Requirements

A Master's degree plus 2 years' related experience or a Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5 years' experience is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and agency technology is also essential.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
