Registered Nurse RN Inpatient Rehab Specialist

LewisGale Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse RN Inpatient Rehab to join our interdisciplinary team. As a key member of our Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit, you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, evidence-based care.
About Our Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit- 35-bed Inpatient Physical Rehab Unit
- Nurse to patient ratios based on acuity
- Gain experience with Neurological Diagnosis such as Stroke, Parkinson's Disease, Spinal Disorders, and others
- Conducts Daily Interdisciplinary Rounds
- LGMC Shared Governance councils
- Supportive environment focused on fostering educational opportunities and specialty certification (i.e. Certified Rehab Registered Nurse)

- Diploma or Associates Degree from a professional nursing program (required)
- BSN or current enrollment in a BSN program at an accredited school of Nursing (preferred)
- Current licensure as an RN in the state of Virginia or current multi-state compact RN license with eligibility to practice in VA is required
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider (required)
