Registered Nurse RN Inpatient Rehab Specialist

As a Registered Nurse RN Inpatient Rehab, you will be part of our interdisciplinary team, working closely with medical directors, hospitalists, and therapy teams to provide evidence-based, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 24-hour inpatient therapeutic care to patients recovering from various conditions and injuries, including amputation, spinal cord injuries, and multiple sclerosis.
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct daily interdisciplinary rounds to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in shared governance councils to promote teamwork and accountability.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Associates Degree from a professional nursing program.
- Current licensure as an RN in the state of Virginia or current multi-state compact RN license with eligibility to practice in VA.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification.
