About Our Inpatient Physical Rehab Unit- We offer a 35-bed Inpatient Physical Rehab Unit, providing a supportive environment for patients recovering from various conditions and injuries.
- Our interdisciplinary team includes family, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech language pathology, case management, and physicians, working together to provide comprehensive care.
- Nurse to patient ratios are based on acuity, ensuring our patients receive individualized attention and care.
- Gain experience with neurological diagnoses, such as stroke, Parkinson's disease, spinal disorders, and others.
- Conduct daily interdisciplinary rounds to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in LGMC Shared Governance councils, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse RN Inpatient Rehab with a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will have:
- Diploma or Associates Degree from a professional nursing program.
- BSN or current enrollment in a BSN program at an accredited school of Nursing (preferred).
- Current licensure as an RN in the state of Virginia or current multi-state compact RN license with eligibility to practice in VA.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification.
