Service Engineer - Semiconductor Specialist

Position Overview

This engineering role at Prosum is dedicated to delivering exceptional field service engineering support to our clients. The selected candidate will independently address complex products and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct field service engineering tasks
  • Receive and assess service requests from clients
  • Identify customer needs or challenges and respond appropriately
  • Provide remote consultation and guidance, and address urgent customer situations as necessary
  • Schedule and execute repairs of Prosum's products at client locations
  • Perform routine maintenance on Prosum's offerings
  • Establish and oversee a local maintenance service
Qualifications:
  • Experience working night shifts
  • High school diploma, associate degrees, or technical training preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an engineer or technician in semiconductor settings
  • Hands-on engineering expertise in semiconductor installation, maintenance, and repair
  • Proficient in using hand tools, oscilloscopes, digital voltmeters, and similar equipment
  • Experience in cleanroom environments
  • Preferred Skills: Strong understanding of photomask technology, mask inspection, metrology (including EUV or DUV), lithography, optics, cameras, lasers, and robotics is advantageous but not mandatory
