Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Training Program Specialist to join our team at Evolver Federal. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to support the implementation of custom-designed computer systems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to determine training program requirements and develop customized training solutions.
  • Design and deliver training sessions that are engaging, interactive, and effective in meeting the needs of adult learners.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, training team members, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage project communication efforts to ensure timely and effective communication with clients and team members.
  • Participate in project meetings to stay informed about system developments and their impact on training and communications.
  • Respond to training inquiries and provide support to clients and team members as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of training experience with adult learners.
  • Bachelor's degree or 10 years of work experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Ability to design and deliver training sessions that are engaging and effective.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience training on an application or system.
  • Excellent listening and leadership skills to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ability to adjust written communications to meet the needs of diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to process and prioritize information from multiple sources.
