Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Training Program Manager to join our team at Maxar Technologies. In this role, you will lead the office's effort to review and revise science and technology career field professional development and training materials, content, and their delivery. You will work closely with counterparts across the Intelligence Community, Defense Intelligence Enterprise, and industry & academia to ensure that our customer is staying on the cutting edge of advancements in S&T-based technologies and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of training programs for the Intelligence Community
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and deliver training materials
  • Ensure that training programs meet the needs of the customer and the Intelligence Community
  • Manage administrative and logistical processes for training programs

Requirements:
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance and willingness to obtain CI Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree in geophysics, physics, or an engineering discipline
  • 6 years' experience in geophysical technical intelligence (TechINT), processing, exploiting, and analyzing data from multiple sources
  • Significant current experience in TechINT analysis training/techniques/tools, producing TechINT exploitation and signature reports, products, and databases
  • Experience in technically derived data from multiple sources, including MASINT, IMINT, OSINT, SIGINT, and HUMINT

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in developing training materials and professional development requirements
  • Ability to communicate highly technical analyses at a level comprehensible to laymen and senior-level government representatives
  • Experience with the creation of graphics to support the visual depiction of complex concepts and processes
  • Management of administrative and logistical processes for training programs
