About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at The Vermont Country Store. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences and supporting the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes that enhance the customer experience and drive business results.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to ensure customer service representatives have the knowledge and skills needed to provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure customer satisfaction, service levels, and team performance.
