Job Title: Sales and Networking Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Networking Professional to join our team at RoofCrafters Roofing LLC.

Job Summary:

The Sales and Networking Professional will be responsible for obtaining leads and converting them into clients through our proven sales process. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform estimates for roof replacement and provide options to customers
  • Build rapport and trust with clients through excellent communication and follow-up
  • Build and maintain relationships with professional partners for networking purposes
  • Ensure all missed calls and messages are returned the same day
  • Convert leads to prospects via estimates provided to clients
  • Enter relevant lead information into CRM, including notes and ensure the appropriate people are tagged
  • Research specialty items and source prior to estimate
  • Provide roofing, color, style, and payment options to prospects
  • Ensure customers have an exceptional customer experience
  • Follow up with customers when necessary
  • Notify management of any issues or concerns communicated by customers or identified by other means
  • Prepare postcards and letters for mailing campaigns
  • Execute marketing strategies set forth by team lead and director of sales
  • Jurisdiction permit requirements and understanding
  • Prepare and execute daily sales plan
  • Grow market share and maximize territory performance
  • Ongoing education on roofing systems, installation requirements, current trends, color, and style options
  • Stay current on materials pricing and availability
  • Accurate, clear, and concise completion of contract details and legal documents
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in any field, construction, or industrial sales is a plus
  • Must be able to network
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Desire to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Professionalism
  • Love of conversation
  • Excellent grammar, verbal, and written
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proven accuracy
  • Tenacious drive to sell
  • Mathematics skills are essential
  • Sales tracking and analysis skills

  • Physically able to climb ladders and walk roofs daily, confined spaces in attics as required
  • Ability to learn and utilize a CRM, manage and monitor jobs
  • Strong emphasis on safety
  • Ability to work with others, including interdepartmentally, team-oriented
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general emailing
  • Regular and reliable attendance
  • Ability to self-manage and work independently with minimal supervision

  • Must be able to lift 75 lbs, stand, sit, bend, twist, and move efficiently with reasonable accommodations if required
