Job Title: Creative Content Director

At Run Studios, we're seeking an experienced Creative Content Director to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for developing captivating training shows that leverage our client's current training elements, creating new ones, and leveraging your experience producing, directing, and promoting educational video-based training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee innovative video course creation initiatives from conception to completion in collaboration with program managers, content producers, on-screen talent, and video production teams.
  • Identify metrics to analyze and adapt creative expressions to drive industry-leading learner engagement and learning retention.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including our production team, content creators, and technical trainers, to ensure a flawless online learning experience.
  • Coach and consult video presentation delivery skills.
  • Work with business to define success metrics.
  • Storyboard to identify delivery of technical content.
  • Parse out and repackage existing training content.
  • Advise and co-create production quality in support of learner experience.
  • Help define the course/show look and feel.
  • Project manage successful transition from ideation to pilot to production.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in developing and overseeing innovative video course creation initiatives from conception to completion in collaboration with program managers, content producers, on-screen talent, and video production teams.
  • 5+ years of strong instructional design, show creation, and management experience using the latest creative trends, tools, technologies (e.g., AI), and design thinking.
  • Ability to identify metrics to analyze and adapt creative expressions to drive industry-leading learner engagement and learning retention.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of video workflow and production acumen.
  • Bonus if you have strong Prosci-based change and Kirkpatrick-based learning effectiveness management skills.
  • Content delivery fluency/mastery.
  • Graphics/Sound Slide and set design.
  • Experience in remote recording excellence.
What We Offer:
  • An annualized salary of $130,000 - $145,000.
  • A comprehensive program of evolving competitive benefits specifically designed to support the needs of our employees and their dependents.
  • A minimum of seven paid holidays per year.
  • Accrual of at least 6.5 days (Temporary Employment) to at least 15 days (Regular Employment) of paid time off per year.
