Job Title: Residential Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Residential Site Manager to join our team at Presbyterian Children's Homes and Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the direct administration, management, and supervision of our transitional living group home and scattered sites apartment services in the southeast region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage service delivery to meet contract and stated outcomes.
  • Ensure the safety of our group home and apartment environment, adhering to licensing standards.
  • Supervise staff to meet required staff/client ratios.
  • Develop and implement programming, partnerships, and curriculums to meet contract requirements.
  • Coordinate and develop therapeutic, community, volunteer partnerships, and services.
  • Supervise lead staff to provide support and direction for program implementation.
  • Oversee budget in coordination with the Program Director to ensure effective financial management.
  • Ensure compliance with all required reporting and documentation requirements.
  • Maintain regular and effective communication with community partners and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in a human services field is required.
  • Must be over the age of 21.
  • Experience in the human services field is beneficial.
