Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Business Support to join our team in Bentonville, AR. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects and report out on project progress and risks.
  • Collaborate with Senior Site Leadership and the Engineering, Construction, Global Tech, and Support teams to execute projects.
  • Provide visibility and project status updates to Senior-level leadership on the status of current projects and potential risks to timelines and milestones.
  • Protect site operations from the friction of improvement projects in their buildings by serving as the FC representative and consultant.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years' experience in operations, retail, project management, or related area.
  • Or 6 years' experience in operations, retail, project management, or related area.
