Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team at T.R.U.E. Self Counseling LLC. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office, handle phone calls, schedule meetings, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office
- Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and greet visitors
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning
- Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results
- Make travel arrangements for senior staff
- Perform light office maintenance tasks
- Develop and maintain administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities
- Provide information by answering questions and requests
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- 3 years of administrative assistant experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
- Decision-making

Job Type: Part-time
Salary: From $16.00 per hour
Schedule: 8 hour shift
Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
