Job Description

ProSidian Consulting seeks a Quality Assurance Specialist to provide comprehensive operational support to our clients in the Defense and Security Industry Sector.

Job Overview

The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for organizing, managing, and maintaining all quality assurance documentation required for our clients. This includes ensuring compliance with recognized standards and practices, reviewing documentation for completeness, accuracy, and correctness, and supporting test and integration personnel as a witness to testing requirements.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Organize, manage, and maintain all quality assurance documentation required for our clients.
  • Ensure compliance with recognized standards and practices.
  • Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and correctness.
  • Support test and integration personnel as a witness to testing requirements.
  • Certify that all deliverables have met all quality requirements.
  • Review contract plans and specifications and determine compliance of material and workmanship by the construction contractor.
  • Submit daily quality assurance reports and written results of inspections and tests.
  • Assure that the contractor is following quality control/assurance program.

Qualifications

  • Progressive working experience in engineering, science, and/or system analysis, including quality assurance experience in the design, development, and modification of engineering or construction.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive working experience.

Skills Required

  • Progressive experience in engineering, science, or system analysis, with expertise in quality assurance for engineering or construction projects.

Competencies Required

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe).
