Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Quality Assurance Specialist is accountable for the comprehensive planning, coordination, and execution of quality assurance and testing deliverables, necessitating collaboration with diverse teams across the organization. This role serves as the primary liaison for all testing activities related to the project and facilitates testing initiatives across various applications.

Core Duties Include:

  • Developing and managing testing strategies and processes to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Fostering effective communication between testing and development teams.
  • Overseeing and managing the complete testing lifecycle, including unit, system integration, performance, user acceptance, and regression testing.
  • Providing consolidated updates on testing progress and outcomes.
  • Identifying and escalating risks or issues encountered during testing phases.
  • Documenting processes and creating detailed process maps for clarity and compliance.
  • Implementing strategic solutions for process enhancements and efficiency improvements.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships across various departments to promote collaboration.
  • Utilizing tools such as Jira, CI/CD, and qTest for effective project management.
