Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a test automation strategy, along with test design and code reviews to uphold quality standards.
  • Conduct both automated and manual testing, formulating test plans and tracking defects.
  • Work collaboratively across IT teams to create and execute manual End-to-End test cases and exploratory tests, adhering to established test case standards.
  • Engage in special projects and undertake additional responsibilities as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in software quality assurance and testing, with a background in both Manual and Automation Testing.
  • At least 4 years of experience working with SQL.
  • Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and a willingness to adopt new techniques.
