About the Role:

Axiom Path is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for recommending and implementing software testing solutions tailored to applied technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain Automated Test Scripts: Create and maintain automated test scripts to verify software functionality, ensuring adherence to established Quality Assurance standards and processes.
  • Collaborate with Test Automation Team: Work with the test automation team to define guidelines, templates, and standards for automated testing.
  • Implement Software Testing Tools: Implement software testing tools within CI/CD pipelines to enhance test execution and ensure seamless integration with development goals.
  • Educate Agile Team Members: Educate Agile team members on Quality Assurance practices and tools, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of testing strategies.
  • Document Quality Assurance Practices: Document Quality Assurance practices and processes to maintain consistency and clarity throughout the organization.
  • Participate in User Story Grooming Sessions: Participate in user story grooming sessions to align testing strategies with development goals and ensure effective testing.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 Years of Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst in a technical environment.
  • Test Management Tools: 3-5 years of experience with test management tools such as Octane, Quality Center, or MS Azure DevOps.
  • UI Test Automation Tools: 3-5 years of experience with UI test automation tools like Selenium, Appium, Unified Functional Testing (UFT), TestProject, or MS Test Studio.
  • Source-to-Target Data Integration/ETL Testing: 3 years of experience with Source-to-Target data integration/ETL testing.
  • API Testing: 3 years of experience with API testing.
  • Agile Delivery: 1-3 years of experience in Agile delivery within a matrixed organizational structure.
  • Software Test Automation Frameworks: Proven experience with software test automation frameworks and CI/CD test execution.
  • Latest Software Quality Assurance Trends: Strong understanding of the latest software Quality Assurance trends and best practices.

Educational and Certification Preferences:

  • High School Diploma or GED: High school diploma or GED required.
  • 4-Year Degree in Computer Science: 4-year degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
  • API Testing Tools: Experience with API testing tools like Postman or ReadyAPI (SoapUI Pro) is preferred.
  • Performance Testing Tools: Experience with performance testing tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, or ReadyAPI Performance is a plus.
  • Automated Data Validation Tools: Experience with automated data validation tools like QuerySurge, RightData, or PowerCenter is highly desirable.
