Role Overview:
The QA Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality of software products through comprehensive testing methodologies. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive knowledge in both automated and manual testing practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Propose and implement software testing tools and methodologies.
  • Contribute to the development of test automation frameworks.
  • Create and execute both automated and manual test cases.
  • Document quality assurance processes and practices.
  • Participate in user story discussions with team members.
  • Conduct peer reviews of automated test scripts.
  • Provide training on quality assurance practices to team members.

Success Metrics:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to recommend effective testing solutions, ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, and maintain a proactive approach to learning new technologies.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance analyst in a technical setting.
  • Experience with test management tools such as Octane, Quality Center, or MS Azure DevOps.
  • Proficiency in UI test automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or UFT.
  • Experience in Source-To-Target data integration and ETL testing.
  • Experience with API testing methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with API testing tools like Postman or Ready API.
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools such as Loadrunner or JMeter.
  • Experience with automated data validation tools.
  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
