This role is ideal for individuals with prior experience in the roofing sector who feel their potential is not being fully realized.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize Xactimate Software with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Possess knowledge of the roofing and storm restoration industry, including relevant laws and building codes.
  • Demonstrate understanding and experience with insurance policies and claims processing.
  • Manage multiple projects while prioritizing tasks effectively.
Sales and Estimation Duties:
  • Engage in roofing insurance sales with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Exhibit strong computer skills for effective communication and documentation.
  • Review insurance estimates and prepare necessary supplements.
  • Employ Xactimate software to generate precise and timely estimates based on measurements and photographs.
  • Negotiate directly with insurance adjusters to secure optimal settlements for clients.
  • Maintain open communication with clients, providing updates on the claims process and addressing any concerns.
  • Document insurance and client information accurately in our CRM system.
  • Keep thorough daily records and meet weekly/monthly targets for approved claims.
  • Prepare final documentation and invoices for collection purposes.

Compensation: This position offers a base salary plus commission, along with a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs.
