Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cross-Border Treasury Management Specialist to join our team in Dallas TX or Cleveland OH or Pittsburgh PA or Philadelphia PA or Boston MA or Stamford CT or Medford OR or Columbus OH or Minneapolis MN or Chicago IL or Phoenix AZ. As a member of our Commercial Cards Sales organization, you will play a critical role in helping clients navigate complex financial challenges and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Relationship Building: Set relationship strategies and direct relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share with relevant sales goals.
  • Treasury Management Expertise: Create and drive strategy to acquire and/or expand and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet. Handle the origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of non-credit products and services.
  • Risk Management: Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and/or existing clients. Actively identify and mitigate different types of risk, such as regulatory, reputational, and operational risks.
  • Client Engagement: Focus on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the clients' needs and their financial well-being. Drive client engagement and loyalty through strategic dialogue and opportunity quantification.
Requirements
  • Experience: Typically requires 8+ years of experience in deploying and managing accounts payable solutions to streamline invoice processing and payment activities for corporate and middle market banking clients.
  • Skills: Proven ability to analyze, develop, and implement process enhancement strategies within the accounts payable process, including invoice automation, payment automation, buyer engagement, and supplier terms strategy. Familiarity with leading AP automation tools and platforms.
  • Education: Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree. Higher-level education such as a Master's degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable.
Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000.00 – $194,350.00 per year, depending on individual skills, experience, and education. Salaries may vary based on geographic location and market data.
