Senior Commercial Roofing Estimator and Project Manager

As a Senior Commercial Roofing Estimator and Project Manager at Progressive Roofing, you will play a critical role in driving the company's growth and success. Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate estimates for commercial roofing projects, including material costs, labor requirements, and other expenses.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects and meet customer expectations.
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare detailed estimates and bids.
- Maintain a centralized cost estimating database and develop a formal process to support cost estimating and historical data utilization.
- Identify cost trends and provide recommendations to management for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer product warranties and industry standards.
- Estimate prices for change orders on existing contracts and attend pre-construction and bid/pre-qualification meetings.
- Ability to work from blueprints and drawing specifications and maintain positive relationships with property and facilities managers, general contractors, and manufacturer's representatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roofing estimation and project management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite software and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
