Job Title: Senior Manager of Data Center and Commercial Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to oversee the development and construction of our data center and commercial projects in Texas. With a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget, you will be responsible for managing project teams, ensuring operational excellence, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of development and construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-efficient execution.
  • Team Management: Build and lead high-performing local teams, aligning with organizational goals and market demands.
  • Operational Excellence: Leverage local insights to optimize project delivery, from budgeting and scheduling to regulatory compliance.
  • Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of the Texas market and existing client network.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the Texas real estate and construction market.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale construction and development projects.
  • Ability to develop and execute growth strategies to scale operations.
  • Deep technical knowledge of mission-critical infrastructure and commercial building systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, real estate, engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in construction and development, with a strong focus on data centers and commercial projects.

Salary Estimate: $100,000 - $130,000 per year.
