About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Engineer to join our Service Integration Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and standardizing cloud solutions for our Epic Electronic Medical Record Infrastructure and Citrix Virtual Application and Desktop delivery teams.

Our team leads the development and standardization of new platforms, technologies, and services, encompassing deployments across both on-premise and a growing Azure cloud ecosystem. We leverage our expertise in cloud services, testing, and exploring new platform standards, internal tool development, automation, and infrastructure as code to accelerate adoption across our broader Epic Infrastructure and Citrix/VDI teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cloud solutions for Epic and Citrix environments
  • Collaborate with SMEs from other teams to align solutions and designs with Enterprise standards
  • Develop and standardize cloud infrastructure and services
  • Perform solution design, architectural review, and implement proof-of-concepts
  • Develop operational handoff of solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent education/experience
  • 5 years of related experience; 5-8 years preferred
  • Good experience leveraging data and metrics to drive behavior, process, and priority decisions
  • Experience in problem-solving using systematic procedures and investigating problems utilizing root cause analysis

  • Experience in a Healthcare environment
