About the Role

As a member of the AWS Support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers using Amazon Web Services. You will work closely with customers to understand their technical issues and provide solutions to resolve their problems.

You will be part of a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and is committed to helping customers succeed with AWS. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of customers, from small businesses to large enterprises, and will be responsible for escalating complex technical issues to senior engineers and architects.

As a Cloud Support Engineer II, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Escalating complex technical issues to senior engineers and architects
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of AWS services and features
  • Providing feedback and suggestions for improving customer support processes

You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of AWS services, including compute, storage, database, analytics, machine learning, and more. You will also have access to a wide range of tools and resources to help you succeed in your role.
