Powertrain Calibration Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Powertrain Calibration Development Lead to join our team at Reliance One, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of powertrain calibration strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with vehicle systems.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement powertrain calibration strategies to meet performance, emissions, and safety requirements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and test powertrain calibration systems
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in engineering
- 3+ years of experience in powertrain calibration development, engine calibration, and calibration tools
- Strong knowledge of internal combustion engines and testing techniques
- Experience working with On-Board Diagnostics (OBD) testing and calibration
- Knowledge of legislative requirements for OBD, exhaust and evaporative emissions
