Job Title: Senior PLM Business Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior PLM Business Lead to join our team at Adient. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the business side of our PLM system and non-PLM applications, including RPA, AI, and Mendix applications development. This role will involve working closely with our IT team and global engineering community to set standards, identify CI projects, and support training material.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent the business at the Global cross-pillar forum for CAD use cases.
Validate requested functionality prior to deployment.
Support Global Change Management with other business reps.
Present CI's and ensure their usage across the user community.
Support in training from conceptualization to execution.

Non-PLM Application Responsibilities:

Facilitate Mendix project development applications.
Facilitate Robot Process Automation application idea generation and deployment.
Facilitate AI application idea generation and deployment.

Support the Global Lead in CAD & BOM Standardization:

Engagement with cross-functional teams like SMTEs and OEM representatives.
Responsible for defining global, regional, and OEM-specific standards.
Extensive support to IT for maintaining CAD OEM environments.
Encouraging continuous improvement activities in CAD.
Establishing and converting CI's into BBPs.
Supporting development of trainings and automation tools, and periodic validation of their effectiveness.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in PLM systems and CAD systems, including Catia and NX.
Willingness and flexibility to support and coordinate with global teams at different work hours and locations.
