Job Description

As a Project Engineer ETK Integration Specialist at Bosch Group, you will lead and consult on ECU tools-related system integration engineering projects to enhance customers' ECU development processes. Your technical expertise will be essential in providing assistance to customers via email and phone, as well as virtual and in-person meetings. You will also manage and drive the resolution of critical customer issues, acquire and maintain expert-level knowledge of ETAS products and customer processes, and lead technical customer communication and interaction on ECU tools-related system integration projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and consult on ECU tools-related system integration engineering projects
  • Provide technical assistance to customers via various communication channels
  • Manage and drive the resolution of critical customer issues
  • Acquire and maintain expert-level knowledge of ETAS products and customer processes
  • Lead technical customer communication and interaction on ECU tools-related system integration projects
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in EE, CE, CS, or ME or relevant work experience
  • 3+ years professional experience in the automotive industry
  • 3+ years of customer relationship management
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with vehicle electronics, vehicle communication buses, protocols, and standards
  • Working knowledge of vehicle subsystem development process fundamentals
  • Experience working with MatLab Simulink
  • Experience with software development/testing/debugging and system integration
  • Experience with defect tracking software
  • Working knowledge of a major OEM's embedded software calibration processes
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in leading training classes and/or creation of training materials
  • Experience with ETAS hardware and software products
