Requirements:

  • Skills: Strong understanding of contract law, construction regulations, and industry best practices. Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and work under pressure. Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
