Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Managed Care Contract Specialist to join our team at CAIPA MSO LLC. As a key member of our contracting team, you will play a critical role in negotiating and managing contracts with healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with health plans and internal departments to communicate and implement contract terms
  • Coordinate and support contracting activities, including value-based agreements
  • Evaluate and review contract language proposals, track redlines, and proposed drafts
  • Serve as an internal liaison on contract provisions and policies, providing updates and educating staff on changes
  • Develop and implement communication and education strategies on health plan policies and issues for CAIPA providers
  • Track, document, and communicate contract progress and contracting issues
  • Build and maintain provider relationships through active outreach
  • Lead and report on monthly meetings
  • Work with providers, health plans, and internal departments
  • Assist with various projects and complete tasks on time

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to present information and respond to questions
  • Proven analytical skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking, prioritizing, organization, and time management skills
  • Knowledge and experience with Adobe and Microsoft Office products
  • Bachelor's Degree or two years related experience and/or training
  • Willingness to travel 25% of the time for field work with providers

Salary: $42,000 - $63,000
