Job Title: Store Operations Manager

Gregorys Coffee is a family-run company that puts people first. We're seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team. As a Store Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring that our high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are upheld every hour of every day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • People Development: Ensure new hires are properly onboarded and trained to meet our operational, service, and knowledge standards. Lead by example and educate team members to uphold our high standards.
  • Operational Standards: Ensure all operational standards are executed as prescribed, and assist with training teams on new menu and operational rollouts. Maintain Department of Health standards and ensure stores are well-prepared for inspections.
  • Service Standards: Work alongside teams to lead by example in 5-star service, coach teams to have a guest-first mentality, and proactively manage customer concerns.
  • Facilities & Maintenance: Proactively clean, service, and maintain all equipment and fixtures, and hold monthly meetings for deep cleaning tasks.
  • HR Management: Ensure compliance with employee labor laws, manage employee issues, and work with the SL/Multi-Unit to deliver coaching conversations, warnings, and terminations.
  • Financial Performance: Closely manage controllable profit areas, work with teams to build customer relationships, and manage weekly payroll reconciliation and cash handling responsibilities.

Additional Expectations:

  • This is a hands-on role, and you will work alongside teams to drive revenue, efficiency, and profitability.
  • You will be expected to be flexible with your schedule, working early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Regular communication with your SL/Multi-Unit is expected to keep them aware of the state of your businesses and proactive solutions.
  • You will embody the 12 Leadership Principles and live them out every day with your teams.
  • You will attend company events and encourage team members to attend as well.
