Your Everyday Will Look Like This- Drive sales growth by building strong relationships with property managers and leasing agents.
- Implement sales strategies to increase penetration rates and achieve targets.
- Provide sales support to residents, ensuring solutions and installation follow-up.
- Represent us as a brand ambassador at property events and engage in field activities to boost market presence.
- Leverage our referral program to generate leads and drive sales.
- Track sales performance and market trends, optimizing strategies based on data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align and execute strategies effectively.
- A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
- The ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Reliable transportation to visit properties regularly.
- Property or leasing management experience is a plus.
- An understanding of multi-dwelling units is a plus.
