Produce Sales Representative

At Charlie's Produce, we're looking for a driven sales professional to join our team. As an Outside Sales representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new business in the produce industry.

We also provide coverage under State Sick Leave and a generous salary range of $70K - $85K, depending on experience.
An additional benefit includes a potential 90-day performance-based raise and yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure.
Responsibilities- Must be a driven sales professional capable of cold calling and prospecting.
- Effective at cold calling, with a strong emphasis on obtaining new business.
- Able to meet and/or exceed sales goals developed by the management team.
- Demonstrates qualities and skills necessary to be self-motivated, aggressive, and disciplined enough to perform job requirements without requiring constant supervision.
- Resourceful and innovative in acquiring new account information and pursuing opportunities to increase sales.
- Demonstrates administrative abilities in managing accounts and service needs.
Required experience: At least 2 years in the produce/food industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and sign an arbitration agreement. Clean motor vehicle report is necessary.
