We're seeking a highly motivated Water Solutions Sales Representative to join our team in Seattle, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to Quench's expansion and growth journey.

About the Role:

This position requires a strong sales background, with experience in face-to-face interactions, calls, and B2B outreach. As a Water Solutions Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for cultivating relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and proposing customized solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth through strategic customer interactions and targeted B2B outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Quench customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring consistent daily/weekly activity to meet sales goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences and high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records, prepare sales reports, and file expense account reports as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a field sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear, enthusiastic approach.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing situations.
  • Prior experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is beneficial.
  • Solid team player with outstanding integrity, committed to delivering exceptional results.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • An estimated salary range of $100-150k per year, depending on performance and location.
  • Ongoing uncapped monthly commissions.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
  • $700/month mileage reimbursement and a $100/month phone stipend.
