About You
You are a seasoned professional eager to advance your career in commercial real estate. Your experience includes providing outstanding sales support to both internal and external stakeholders.

You possess a strong business acumen coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset, enabling you to assist your colleagues and clients with both transactional and operational responsibilities, thereby contributing to the team's success.

In This Role, You Will:
- Oversee the team's transactions, ensuring critical dates are tracked and clients and colleagues are regularly updated.
- Maintain company databases to monitor prospects and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Colliers Marketing team to develop and refine team marketing materials.
- Approach learning about the business and local market with enthusiasm by attending industry events, networking, and engaging in client meetings.

You will have a proven ability to ensure that team and client inquiries are addressed promptly, accurately, and comprehensively.

What You Bring:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or administrative roles within a professional setting (preferably in real estate, sales, legal, architecture, construction, or related fields).
- An active real estate license in Arizona is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in marketing software, particularly the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign).
- High proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive attitude and exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
