As a Customer Relations Representative for Sabrina Pritchett-Evans - State Farm Agent, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. This will involve providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and identifying opportunities to sell State Farm insurance and financial products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries, including information about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Develop leads and schedule appointments to identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success, with a focus on delivering exceptional results

Requirements
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in an outside sales or inside sales role
