Role and Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be accountable for the following duties:

  • Enhancing customer satisfaction and striving for positive feedback
  • Handling all ISF (Import Security Filing) submissions
  • Compiling entry documentation for Customs submission and validating necessary paperwork
  • Overseeing customs clearance for various shipment modes including air, ocean, road, and rail
  • Executing all entries through ABI while ensuring compliance with CBP and other regulatory requirements
  • Managing OGA submissions
  • Securing Freight Release
  • Facilitating duty payments and managing ACH accounts
  • Classifying merchandise and evaluating commercial invoices
  • Interfacing with U.S. Customs and other governmental bodies
  • Ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures of Clutch Global Logistics, Inc.
  • Proposing improvements to enhance operational efficiency and promote continuous development
  • Coordinating deliveries of LCL and air freight from U.S. ports/airports to client locations as necessary

Preferred Experience:

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experience are encouraged to apply:

  • Experience with CargoWise system
  • Minimum of 2 years in customs entry writing or customs brokerage operations
  • Familiarity with goods classification
  • Experience with OGA submissions
