Job Summary

Aqueity is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a Help Desk Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems
  • Document and track all technical issues and resolutions
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical needs and provide solutions
  • Work collaboratively with the service delivery team to ensure seamless support
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Advanced understanding of operating systems, business applications, and network systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong technical awareness and ability to match resources to technical issues
