We are seeking a dedicated Client Services Associate to become a vital part of a leading Wealth Management Group specializing in high-net-worth clientele. This role is designed for individuals who excel in client interaction and possess a strong financial services background.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will serve as a Registered Client Services Associate within our Wealth Management division, focusing on equity compensation and stock plan administration. This position involves close collaboration with corporate clients and their equity plan participants, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Support:

  • Provide expert assistance in managing various equity awards, including RSUs, Performance Units, NQ Options, SARs, and ISOs.
  • Educate clients on the intricacies of their equity compensation packages.
  • Prepare and file necessary SEC documentation for transactions, including Rule 144 and Section 16 filings.
  • Collaborate with the financial services team to ensure timely and accurate public filings.
  • Implement and oversee 10b5-1 Plans.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding share retention, holding periods, and trading windows.

Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary contact between corporate clients' equity compensation departments and the Wealth Management team.
  • Communicate important updates and events to the Wealth Management team.
  • Facilitate introductions between equity participants and Financial Advisors to enhance financial planning and diversification.

Operational Duties:

  • Manage daily inquiries and tasks related to stock plan administration.
  • Oversee account setup and maintenance.
  • Generate and distribute reports detailing gains and losses, projected income, tax documentation, and performance metrics.
  • Execute transactions such as buying and selling securities, cash transfers, capital calls, donations, and withdrawals.
  • Supervise the administration of corporate actions, including mergers, acquisitions, and spin-offs.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of equity awards and SEC regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Experience in financial reporting and transaction processing.
