Job Summary

Watermark Risk Management International is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager I to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing assigned security projects, ensuring timely completion, and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day activities of assigned security projects, including planning, production, and execution.
  • Schedule project-related meetings, record meeting notes, and identify potential issues affecting schedule, cost, client impact, quality, security, and public safety.
  • Draft required documents and notifications for the COR's review and dissemination to stakeholders.
  • Produce required reports and conduct briefings as needed.
  • Document and report all project-related issues to the COR via weekly and monthly reports.
  • Develop project presentations, reports, and other associated documents needed for project-related meetings.
  • Provide other project management services as required.
Requirements
  • Current Top Secret personnel security clearance and ability to maintain such clearance throughout the contract.
  • Minimum of three years of experience as a project manager on large-scale projects.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in an effective manner with minimal direction.
