Job Title: Site Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Superintendent to join our construction team in the National Capital Region. As a Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and supervising construction projects from development to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality control plans, safety plans, and schedules.
  • Apply the principles of UFGS Quality Control and EM Safety & Health Requirements.
  • Coordinate construction projects, including scheduling meetings and reviewing project documents.
  • Collaborate with administrators on the supervision of construction operations.
  • Develop and manage permits, outage plans, and other necessary documents.
  • Oversee all onsite and offsite work to ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of construction experience.
  • Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Preferred QCM Trained, OSHA 30 Hour trained, Trade License (Electrician, Plumber, etc.).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
Desired Skills:
  • Proven work experience in US Government construction management.
  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
