We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Schubring Global Solutions. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of assigned security projects, ensuring that all activities are meticulously organized, directed, and coordinated to achieve project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide routine and hands-on management of assigned security projects, ensuring all tasks are effectively executed.
- Schedule and facilitate project-related meetings, including recording and distributing detailed meeting notes.
- Identify and address project-related issues or concerns that could impact the schedule, cost, client satisfaction, quality, security, public safety, or other critical factors.
- Draft necessary documents, reports, and notifications for the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) review and subsequent dissemination to stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver required reports and conduct briefings as necessary to keep stakeholders informed of project progress.
- Document and report all project-related issues to the COR through regular weekly and monthly reports.
- Develop comprehensive project presentations, reports, and other documents essential for project-related meetings and communications.
- Provide additional project management services as required to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Must hold a current Top Secret personnel security clearance and be able to maintain it throughout the contract duration.
- Minimum of five (5) years, preferably seven (7) years, of experience as a project manager on large-scale projects, particularly those involving security components.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
