Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate and timely financial statements to the executive leadership, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Efficiently oversee financial operations such as month-end closing, revenue collection, and payroll management.
  • Establish and implement policies to ensure precise financial reporting.
  • Strengthen financial controls and tax compliance procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with the Corporate Controller on financial project reporting and budget proposals.
  • Supervise 401k reporting and cash flow forecasting.
  • Maintain robust internal controls and coordinate with external auditors.
  • Manage state project audits and fixed asset schedules.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Proficient in Costpoint and Excel for comprehensive data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and organizational capabilities.
  • Prior experience with external audits is essential.

Qualifications Preferred:

  • Familiarity with the Cultural Resource Management sector.
