Position: Advanced Practice Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic advanced practice nurse who is committed to enhancing patient care. Our organization is dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services based on the latest evidence-based practices. This role may transition from part-time to full-time depending on patient demand and the operational needs of our practice. The position starts with a minimum of 24 hours per week, with the potential to increase to at least 37.5 hours based on patient volume.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Compensation: $65.00 per hour

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in primary care (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver primary healthcare services to patients aged 16-99
  • Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments
  • Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic health conditions
  • Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments tailored to patient needs
  • Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention strategies
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Oversee patient management through utilization review processes
  • Uphold strict quality care standards as per organizational agreements.
Qualifications:
  • Active Nurse Practitioner license
  • Master's degree in nursing with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner
  • New graduates are welcome to apply, as well as experienced practitioners
  • Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly Greenway PrimeSuite, is preferred
  • Capability to perform IV insertions and other clinical procedures as necessary
