Position Summary

The Law Enforcement Officer is responsible for executing a full spectrum of public safety duties within the Vidant Health system. Responsibilities encompass patrolling, apprehending suspects, conducting initial and follow-up investigations, enforcing traffic regulations, and performing additional tasks that contribute to the safety and security of the healthcare environment.

This role is primarily designated to operate within a specific region but may be reassigned to other areas as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in Law Enforcement
Additional Information
  • This is a PRN, as-needed position
  • Availability to work during Days, Evenings, Nights, and Weekends
  • Self-scheduling based on departmental requirements
