Aquatics Experience Lead

At DiVentures, we prioritize safety and fun, making us a leader in the relationship business. The Aquatics Experience Lead plays a crucial role in our success by fostering positive experiences and lasting relationships with our customers through exceptional, personalized customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise aquatic programming, including scheduling of Swim Teachers, Deck Managers, and Lifeguards.
  • Provide positive customer experiences and interactions by greeting families, following up on absent students, and showcasing knowledge of DiVentures offerings and swim enrollment.
  • Execute the Swim Passport at their location.
Requirements
  • Be the main point of contact for parents and families in-person, on the phone, and through email.
  • Have a breadth and depth of knowledge of DiVentures Swim programming and all DiVentures programming and offerings.
  • Be capable of training Swim Greeters, Swim Teachers, and Deck Managers.
