business. The Aquatics Experience Lead contributes to the success of Diventures by consistently building and maintaining
positive experiences and lasting relationships with our customers through high-touch, high-communication, personalized
customer service.

The Aquatics Experience Lead provides day-to-day supervision of assigned aquatic programming including
scheduling of Swim Teachers, Deck Managers, and Lifeguards. The Aquatics Experience Lead also provides positive
customer experiences and interactions by greeting families, following up on absent students, and exhibiting knowledge of
Diventures offerings and swim enrollment. The Aquatics Experience Lead may be responsible for executing the Swim
Passport at their location.

The Aquatics Experience Lead is the main point of contact for parents and families in-person, on the phone, and
through email and must have a breadth and depth of knowledge of not only Diventures Swim programming but all
Diventures programming and offerings. The Aquatics Experience Lead should have such an understand they are capable
of training Swim Greeters, Swim Teachers, and Deck Managers.
