The Aquatics Experience Lead plays a crucial role in building and maintaining positive experiences and relationships with customers through exceptional customer service. This includes supervising aquatic programming, scheduling staff, and providing personalized service to families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise aquatic programming, including scheduling staff and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Provide day-to-day supervision of assigned aquatic programming, including scheduling of Swim Teachers, Deck Managers, and Lifeguards.
  • Exhibit knowledge of DiVentures offerings and swim enrollment, and provide positive customer interactions.
  • Execute the Swim Passport program at their location.

  • JackRabbit Training (position specific)
  • Active SSI Swim Teacher Certification for all levels
  • Deck Manager Certified
  • Lifeguard Certified
