The Aquatics Experience Manager oversees the day-to-day supervision of aquatic programming, including scheduling of Swim Teachers, Deck Managers, and Lifeguards. They provide positive customer interactions by greeting families, following up on absent students, and showcasing knowledge of Diventures offerings and swim enrollment.

The Aquatics Experience Manager is the primary point of contact for parents and families, requiring a breadth and depth of knowledge of Diventures Swim programming and all Diventures programming and offerings. They should be capable of training Swim Greeters, Swim Teachers, and Deck Managers.
