This Cath Lab, Clinical Supervisor, Registered Nurse opportunity is a full-time position at 40 hours per week, offering full benefits and a convenient day shift schedule. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will perform a dual function, clinical and managerial, providing direct and indirect patient care in the clinical setting, performing disciplinary actions, and participating in hiring and termination of staff.
Responsibilities- Provides direct and indirect patient care as necessary, assessing current patient care situations, priorities, and needs.
- Performs all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/healthcare errors.
- Communicates appropriately and clearly to Nurse Director, co-workers, and physicians.
- Assists director/manager with staff education and competency evaluation. Maintains documentation of these activities. Ensures staff participation in in-service programs.
