Clinical Supervisor RN

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor RN to join our team at Sierra Medical Center. As a Clinical Supervisor RN, you will be responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care, assessing current patient care situations, priorities, and needs. You will also perform all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/healthcare errors.
Responsibilities- Provide direct and indirect patient care as necessary, assessing current patient care situations, priorities, and needs.
- Perform all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/healthcare errors.
- Communicate effectively with Nurse Director, co-workers, and physicians.
- Assist director/manager with staff education and competency evaluation, maintaining documentation of these activities and ensuring staff participation in in-service programs.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Nevada.
- Current POC Certification within 90 days.
- Current BLS certification.
- Current ACLS certification (or must obtain within 6 months).
- Cath Lab/IR experience required.
- Willing to take call/standby.
- Bachelor's of Science in Nursing required or enrolled in an accredited program within one year of employment or transfer into supervisory role.
